Your tasks:

• Contact for publishers and editors from the trade press
• Creation of press planning and implementation of marketing goals
• Researching and writing target group-oriented articles about electrical engineering, building automation, smart home
• Reports on reference projects and interviews with planners, electricians, builders, etc.
• Quality management and editing of existing texts
• Creation of texts, e.g. for advertising campaigns, product descriptions, blog entries, newsletters, etc.

What you bring to the job:

• Completed studies in technical editing or technical training with further training as a technical editor or comparable training and further education
• Experience in writing technical texts, as well as texts for online media
• Ability to understand and describe complex issues
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
• Basic knowledge of content management systems such as WordPress desirable
• Basic knowledge of image editing with Adobe Photoshop or Coral Draw desirable
• Creativity as well as design skills and initiative
• Interest in strategic campaign management
